Job Description
Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
Familiarity with project management
Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Proficient typing and editing skills
Data organization skills
Responsibilities
* Copy, scan and store documents
* Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
* Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
* Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
* File documents in physical and digital records
* Create templates for future use
* Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
* Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
* Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
* Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed

· Job Requirements:
o Bachelor’s in telecommunication – not fresh

· Job Duties:
o Solving cross-sector problems with the site technician.
o Proceeding with the TEMS investigation log files of 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies of the entire cluster and the individual sites.
o Proceeding in joint visits with the civil engineers in the field to reach the appropriate solution
o Site survey for the new nominals and the existing sites.
o The suggestion of the primary radio design with keeping NTRA protocol.
o Detection of the expected problems for the radio signals to achieve the best possible radio design.
o Management and arranging the visits of the new SAQ options and the other operators sharing sites, and carrying out the statistical tracking excel sheets for the achieved and pending tasks.
