* يتقن الاوتوكاد والريڤيت
* يجيد قراءه المواصفات الفنيه والهندسية وتسعير المناقصات
* لديه القدرة علي تجهيز العروض الفنيه والماليه
* عمل التكلفه التقديريه و متابعه التنفيذ
* تجهيز الاعتمادات الفنيه والرسومات التنفيذيه
(تكييف-حريق -صحي )او اي منه
٢- مهندس مدني مكتب فني
* خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات
* يجيد الاوتوكاد وبريما ڤيرا -ريڤيت

* At least three years of experience
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
* Fluent in reading technical and engineering specifications and bid pricing
* Has the ability to prepare technical and financial offers
* Cost estimation and implementation follow-up
* Preparing technical approvals and executive drawings
(air conditioning – fire – sanitary) or any of them
2- Civil engineer technical office
* At least five years of experience
* Fluent in AutoCAD and Prima Vera – Revit
