We are seeking an experienced Seamless Garment Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control operations, ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and oversee quality control procedures for seamless garment manufacturing.
• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and training to maintain high performance.
• Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and ensure seamless integration of processes.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and minimize defects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and inspection records.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in textile engineering, apparel manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in textile/apparel manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a quality management role.
• In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, materials, and technologies.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and control standards in the textile industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
