About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our quality control team and ensure our products meet international quality standards. The role involves overseeing inspection processes, maintaining compliance with quality benchmarks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Supervise and manage quality control processes across all production stages.
* Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
* Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
* Train and guide quality control staff on inspection procedures and quality criteria.
* Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
* Prepare and present quality performance reports to factory management.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
* Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 12 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
