Job Definition:
The nature of the work of this job is to establish, monitor and control the
implementation of the following:
✓ Quality and food safety systems
✓ Personal hygiene
✓ Pest control
PRPOSED Job Description
General cleaning
✓ Calibration protocols
✓ Health & industrial safety
✓ Customer complaints and satisfaction
✓ Products handling, displaying and serving BTC.
✓ Internal training on related programs and systems
✓ Management review meetings, and internal and external audit plans.
Education Level:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in food industries and technology,
– Certified in Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP)
– Certified in OSHA and Health and Safety is a plus
Practical Experience:
At least five years of experience in the Food industry, managing and leading the whole process of internal and external food safety audits in food factory.
