Food Manufacture Plant located in 6 of October looking for:
“Operation Plant Manager”
Responsibilities:
-Lead the Plant operation to safely deliver product in specs and within cost targets.
-Insure the alignment of the Plant organization with the company vision, purpose and priorities
-Manage the Plant operation consistent with the company operating guidelines
-Establish individual accountability using coaching and support and performance management process
-Assess Plant operations staffing and skill requirements. Develop plans to address needs
-Institutionalize manufacturing Best Practice Tools and Processes. with in (Iso22000, preventive maintenance, … )
-Establish manufacturing priorities and allocate the resources
-Ensure product availability in the plants Warehouses per production plan & ready to transport to Export & Market.
-Conduct Performance appraisal for direct reports & ensure it is done for the rest of the production areas.
-Establish Plant Warehouses sense of urgency to get things done
-Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the Operation. Promptly correct unsafe conditions.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree from a recognized university preferable engineering.
-8 – 15 years of plant operations experience
-Project management skills; Timeline, budget, resource management
-Effective people management and communication skills
-Proficient with computer usage
