📍 Location: First Settlement – New Cairo
📆 Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
💼 Industry: Interior Finishing & Decoration
🕒 Working Days: 5 days per week
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical documents for execution.
✅ Develop 3D designs, renderings, and visualizations for interior projects.
✅ Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy.
✅ Create BOQs, material selections, and technical reports.
✅ Review and modify designs based on client and project requirements.
✅ Ensure that all designs and shop drawings comply with project standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
✔️ bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design.
✔️ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical office role within the interior finishing industry.
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
✔️ Strong knowledge of materials, finishing details, and construction techniques.
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
✔️ Preferably residing in New Cairo or nearby areas
