Responsibilities:
Conduct steady-state analysis and dynamic analysis studies for power systems.
Model and evaluate the performance of electrical transmission networks using PSS/E software and other auxiliary tools.
Analyze power system stability and propose solutions to enhance reliability and performance.
Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations based on study outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, operations, maintenance) to ensure technical integration.
Stay updated with advancements in power system analysis and implement global best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems/Power Engineering specialization preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in power system analysis (steady-state and dynamic).
Proficiency in PSS/E software, with familiarity in tools like ETAP, DIgSILENT, or MATLAB/Simulink.
Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in the energy sector.
Ability to work in teams and manage projects effectively.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
