لابد أن يكون قادر علي عمل لوح تفاصيل معماريه و العمل علي برامج و يفضل ان يكون قادر إخراج لقطات ثلاثيه الابعاد و قادر علي عمل حصر لكميات المواد
لابد من وجود خبرة ممتازة عن البرامج التاليه
1- bim system مثل
((revit or archicad))
