•درجة البكالوريوس في التخصصات المطلوبة (هندسة معمارية، هندسة إنشائية، هندسة كهربائية).
•خبرة سابقة في الاستشارات الهندسية (من 2 إلى 5 سنوات).
•القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى.
•مهارات تواصل جيدة.
•معرفة بأنظمة البناء والمواصفات الهندسية.
