1-Tender Engineer or Cost Estimation Engineer
2- Senior Technical Architectural Engineer as per the following requirements:
~ Tender Engineer, Cost Estemation Engineer:
1- Have minimum 7 years Experience in the same field.
2- Have a strong relationship with the market and suppliers.
3- Analyze project specifications, Drawings and other documents related to the project.
4- Developing cost models and using estimation software.
5- Preparing cost report and presentations.
6- prepare the technical proposal.
7- Calculating All over bid cost.
8- Managing the communication and clarification process.
9- Coordinate with internal teams ( engineering, procurement, legal …etc.)
10- prepare the complete tender documentation.
~ Senior Technical Architectural Engineer:
1- Have minimum 7 years Experience in the same field
2- Ensuring the Design comply with relevant building codes.
3- Developing initial design concepts based on client needs and project goals.
4- provide the detailed technical documents ( Drawing, submittals … etc.)
5- specify the properties of materials and method of procedure.
6- presenting design concepts to clients.
7- involved in managing the design aspects of a project, including timeline and budget.
8-prepare the BOQ and specifications packages.
9- keep involving with mechanical,Electrical and structural Engineers.
10- secure the Consultant Approval .
