A leading multinational Civil Engineering company based in the UAE is urgently looking to hire multiple “Resident & Senior Resident Engineers” for their high-impact projects in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure contract deliverables.
– Coordinate with authorities for approvals and project handover.
– Ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with contract terms and specifications.
– Lead the site supervision team and oversee contractual and commercial matters.
– Evaluate contractor schedules, reports, and claims.
Requirements:
Education:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Resident Engineer: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Senior Resident Engineer: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.
Experience Preference:
– Prior experience in infrastructure supervision including roads, bridges, underpasses, utilities (dry & wet), and pumping stations.
– Familiarity with FIDIC and international standard contracts is essential.
– UAE or broader GCC project experience is highly desirable.
