A Logistics & Construction fast growing Company located in Cairo/ 5th Settlement is hiring immediately a position (Senior Maintenance Engineer) with the below Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering (Mechanical Section)
• Experience (5 -7 years) at heavy equipment field.
• Ability to deal with diagnostics tools such as CAT Electronic Technician (ET)
• Ability to deal with service information systems (SIS) and equipment manuals.
• Ability to perform maintenance plans.
• Heavy equipment hard background is required
• Deals with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic breakdowns
• Computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CMMS)
• Hand tool works skills
Soft Skills:
– Preferred ex. Mantrac agency.
– Technicians For Africa Certified is preferred
– Leadership skills
– Work under pressure
– Good communication skills
– Well-Organized & Cooperative
– Driving Licenses.
– Good English language
Job Requirements:
– Supervise technicians to improve maintenance quality and assigns their duties.
– Ensure that all PMs plans is executed and updated regularly
– Handling all CMs and PMs maintenance and troubleshooting
– Perform breakdown analysis (root cause, MTBF and DT) in case of any equipment failure
– Diagnostics all heavy equipment hardware and software.
– Install and calibrate all new spare parts.
– Maintain and repair a variety of equipment including diesel engines, transmissions, final drives and undercarriage.
– Ability to deals with all equipment breakdowns (mechanical, electrical and hydraulic).
– Continuous deals with inventory to ensure and perform all required spare parts for equipment.
– Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and environment requirement.
– Generate WO and follow up its executives.
