RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and ensure compliance with technical office policies and procedures.
Review and analyze project documents including contract drawings, time schedules, and BOQs.
Maintain and update shop drawing logs; coordinate timely submissions
Prepare and manage RFIs for any unclear, conflicting, or missing technical information.
Identify and report any unexpected technical issues during construction and propose solutions.
Prepare and submit accurate as-built drawings at project completion for final handover.
JOB REQUIRMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a technical office role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, and technical documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
