The company has successfully integrated the latest technical systems and production lines from HOMAG, a German company, to establish the finest wood and metal furniture factories. Ebdaa Company has completed numerous major projects in the furniture sector.
Role Description
1- Technical Design and Development:
Supervise the creation of detailed technical drawings for wood and metal furniture using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and cost-effective furniture solutions.
2- Material Selection and Specifications:
Research and specify appropriate materials (e.g., types of wood, metals, finishes, adhesives) for projects based on durability, appearance, and cost.
3- Production Planning and Optimization:
Prepare and validate technical documentation, such as Bills of Materials (BOM), cutting lists, and assembly instructions.
Develop and refine production workflows, ensuring efficient use of resources (wood, metal, machinery).
Coordinate with production teams to translate designs into manufacturable components
Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing techniques and materials.
Proficiency in CAD and other technical design software.
Leadership:
Effective team management and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
Education: Degree in Industrial Design, Applied Arts, Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Proven experience in furniture design, technical management, or production.
8+ Years of experience as a Technical Office Manager within a Furniture industry.
