#Contracts_Engineer (Site based)
– 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Admin Capital
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
Negotiates and interprets design and #construction #contracts; assists in compiling and preparing contract bid documents; establishes and maintains contract records; and ensures compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
– B.Sc. (Civil or Arch.) Engineering graduate.
– (2-3 years of experience) in contracts and claims in the Construction field.
– Proficient and fluent in English.
– Adept with the FIDIC suites of contracts (preferably FIDIC CONS 1999).
– Capable of drafting bilingual letters / claims/variations .
– Holder of CLAC Certificate.
– Skilled in MS Office.
– Delay analysis knowledge is a plus.
