ELGARHY Group, a leading company located in Heliopolis, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Civil Project Manager (11–15 years experience)
Requirements:
Proven experience managing large-scale civil projects
Expertise in concrete works, high-end finishes, and swimming pools
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coordinate teams and subcontractors effectively
PMP certification is a plus
2. Senior Site Engineer (6–10 years experience)
Requirements:
Solid background in execution of civil and finishing works
Strong technical knowledge of site operations and construction methods
Ability to manage site teams and ensure timely delivery
Good understanding of drawings, specs, and quality control
3. Site Engineer (3–5 years experience)
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in civil site execution
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
Familiar with site safety procedures and quality standards
Team player with strong problem-solving skills
4. Technical Office Engineer – Site Based (3–5 years experience)
Requirements:
Proficient in AutoCAD, quantity surveying, and shop drawing preparation
Strong coordination between site and technical office
Experience in preparing RFIs and material submittals
Attention to detail and good documentation skills
