For a very well-known Multinational Company operating in Food Production located in 10th of Ramadan, an “Engineering Projects Manager” is needed.
Job Description:
– Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
– Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements and deliverables are met.
– Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic engineering project team.
– Assign project tasks to team members and oversee their execution.
– Act as the primary point of contact for project communication to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
– Prepare and present regular project status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.
– Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage issue resolution processes.
– Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and meet regulatory compliance requirements.
– Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
– Implement best practices in project management and engineering processes (BPM)
– Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and maintained within allocated budgets.
– Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure the financial viability of project decisions.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
– Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
– Implement lessons learned (REX) and improvements in future projects.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). PMP certification is a plus.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within an engineering environment.
– Proven experience managing engineering projects with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project).
– Fluent in English.
