HIRING FOR A Site Engineer
Overview:
As a Senior Site Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing the execution of solar energy projects. You will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Site Management & Execution:
Supervise and manage on-site activities for solar PV installations.
Ensure projects are executed according to design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
Lead and coordinate the work of site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
2️⃣ Quality & Safety Compliance:
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at project sites.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work aligns with technical requirements and industry regulations.
3️⃣ Project Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
4️⃣ Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation:
Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to avoid delays or issues.
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and technical problems.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
✅ 4+ years of experience in site management, preferably in solar energy projects.
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✅ Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of solar PV systems.
✅ Familiarity with HSE regulations and quality standards.
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
