•Technical support for MEP Engineers (BIM aspect). Model checking, review, clash detection and
participation in conflict resolution.
Revit Families creation.
-Participation in development of Projects templates. •Performing regular audits of the project information.
Occasional Tasks:
Represent the team at interdisciplinary model
co-ordination meetings. •Participation in management and quality control of
the content creation and dissemination process.
Participation in laying out Training Strategy. •Training/advisory of engineers how to use BIM tools
(Revit, Navisworks).
• Participation in 4D simulation process.
• Participation in 5D simulation process. •Participation in creation of BIM Project Manual.
• Participation in laying out Standards and Protocols. • Participation in laying out Processes and Workflows
across design teams.
Mandatory Business Skills:
High proficiency using Autodesk Revit and
Navisworks (MEP).
Fair proficiency using Autocad.
Fair proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent level of knowledge of English language (listening, reading and writing).
Desired Business Skills:
• Technical Report Writing capabilities.
• Dynamo scripts creation.
Qualifications:
Mechanical/Electrical engineering graduate.
• Three to Five years of experience using above mentioned BIM Tools.
