Huhtamaki Fiber Food Service Egypt is looking for a Mechatronics Engineer, with the below Criteria:
Job Description
• Responsible for ensuring that the machinery used to produce new and existing products run safely, maximum efficiency and output with cost efficiency.
• This includes applying and supervising total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical and electrical service equipment by people management.
• Carrying out maintenance on systems and equipment
• Performing periodic inspections on plant, machinery and automated systems
• Scheduling planned and preventive maintenance work
• Intervening immediately in the event of breakdowns, failures or malfunctions
• Responsible for all maintenance operations
• Diagnose breakdown problems
• Design plans, strategies, procedures and methods
• Monitor and control maintenance costs
• Make all reports about the Maintenance operations
• Supervises the maintenance technicians in order to ensure their commitment to policies & work procedures.
• Anticipates needs, decide on priorities and adjust means and resources
• Fault finding during production.
• Performing planned and predictive maintenance plans.
• Monitor and manage equipment operation.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic Engineering
• 2-3 years hands-on experience in FMCG.
• Very good English Language
• Males preferred
• Al-Sadat City Resident is a must
• Very good Communication skills- Excellent leadership Skills – Problem Solving skills – Able to work under stress – Organized
• Idol caliber must possess (dynamic & Can do attitude, Planning & organizing skills, Time Management
