Junior BIM Architect Engineer Modeler
Role Purpose:
In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced architects and engineers to help deliver precise, high-quality BIM models across a variety of architectural and multidisciplinary projects. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical and coordination skills, contribute to real-world projects, and grow your career within a supportive and innovative studio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using tools like Revit and AutoCAD
• Support the coordination of BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Assist in clash detection processes and help resolve coordination issues in a timely manner
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to project standards and client requirements
• Participate in BIM-related meetings, reviews, and presentations
• Stay engaged with current BIM trends and tools to enhance team capabilities and project efficiency
• Provide support in the preparation of technical documentation and visualization materials
Requirements & Qualifications:
• 1-3 year of experience in BIM modeling
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Basic experience with clash detection, coordination workflows, and technical drawings
• A solid understanding of architectural design concepts and construction documentation
• Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills
• Familiarity with BIM 360 or similar cloud-based platforms (a plus)
Residence in 6th of October, El-Sheikh Zayed, or surrounding areas is a must.
