HomzReady is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented “Client Affairs & Report Site Engineer “ to join our growing team. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring accurate and timely reporting from Services Providers project sites.

Job Summary:
The Client Affairs & Report Site Engineer acts as the primary point of contact for clients who requesting quotations and reporting project updates to Head of Design, progress reports, and any related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and requirements for their project ( by phone or emails).
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and address any issues.
Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting and Documentation:
Develop and implement standardized reporting procedures for site data collection.
Prepare and distribute regular progress reports to clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming activities.
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Arch. Or Interior Architects , Construction Management, or a related field.
[3-5] years of experience in site engineering and client management.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Programs:
Autocad
Microsoft office.
Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English
Own a Car
