Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a proven track record of creating innovative and functional interior spaces.
Responsibilities:
Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and specifications for various projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, using Xref system, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Produce high-quality 3D renders using 3D Max, Vray and corona to visualize design concepts and present to clients.
Develop mood boards using Photoshop to communicate design ideas and materials selections effectively.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray or Corona, and Photoshop.
Strong design skills and a creative eye.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and programs.
A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
