A leading contracting company based in Riyadh is seeking a professional Architectural Draftsman with at least 5 years of experience in preparing shop drawings for interior design and fit-out projects. *Responsibilities:*
– Prepare shop drawings for interior design projects.
– Create a project drawing list and organize the drawings numerically based on project needs.
– Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure accuracy and quality of drawings.
– Review and update drawings based on feedback and required modifications.
– Meet deadlines and deliver work on time.
– Have a good technical knowledge of architectural finishes.
– Coordinate architectural work with the project's electromechanical services and systems (RCP).
*Qualifications:*
– At least 5 years of experience in preparing shop drawings for interior design projects (fit-out).
– Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
