About the Role
DCI PLUS Architects is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Architecture – Working Drawing Section to lead a dynamic team of architects in the development of large-scale architectural projects. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing detailed design development, coordinating technical deliverables, and ensuring the highest quality standards from schematic design through to tender documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the Working Drawing Section, managing a team of architects and technical staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate production of detailed design and construction documents.
• Collaborate with design leaders to translate schematic concepts into fully coordinated technical packages.
• Oversee project documentation and compliance with codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Contribute to project planning, resourcing, and delivery strategies across multiple projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 20–25 years of proven experience in architectural design and technical delivery.
• Strong portfolio of mega projects, particularly in the working drawing and tendering phases.
• Expertise in production design and technical detailing.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Deep understanding of architectural principles, construction technologies, and local/international codes.
