About the Role:
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control across our wind energy projects. This is a key leadership role ensuring that all project phases meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and manage QA/QC systems in alignment with project specifications and international industry standards.
· Lead the quality team and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure project success.
· Monitor performance data, conduct root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
· Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
· Represent the company in audits and client quality meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Track record of involvement in wind power projects totaling over 100 MW.
· Experience in at least one wind project exceeding 10 MW.
· Strong knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Civil Engineering degree
