Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Engineer Office Manager to lead our Engineering
Team in Delivering Water Desalination
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering,
Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with experience in water desalination or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities: – Manage and oversee technical office activities, including design, drafting, and documentation – Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery – Develop and implement technical standards, procedures, and best practices – Ensure compliance with engineering regulations, codes, and standards – Foster collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements: – Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field – Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical office management, preferably in water
Desalination or related field. – Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects – Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and software – Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications: – Experience in water desalination, treatment, or similar industries – Knowledge of relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
