1) Project Manager – Architecture – 1 Nos
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Min 8 years of experience in Project Management.
• Good Knowledge of Project Management & best practices.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent document skills through MS Office.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong client, vendor and Subcontractor management skills.
• Transferable Iqama, based in Jeddah.
• Arab national Preferred
2) Mechanical Engineer – 1 Nos
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer.
• Min 6 years of experience.
• Good Knowledge of Project Management.
• Transferable Iqama, based in Jeddah.
• Arab national Preferred.
3) Electrical Engineer – 1 Nos
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Min 6 years of experience.
• Good Knowledge of Project Management.
• Transferable Iqama, based in Jeddah.
• Arab national Preferred.
4) Foreman Finishing – 1 Nos
Skills & Qualifications:
• Min 9 years of experience.
• Good Knowledge of Project Management.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork.
• Transferable Iqama, based in Jeddah.
• Arab national Preferred.
5) Draftsman – 1 Nos
Skills & Qualifications:
• Min 6 years of experience.
• Strong skills in AutoCat , 3D Max , Rendering & Sketchup
• Transferable Iqama, based in Jeddah.
