Description:
Review or design (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing) make sure that they are as per the latest standards.
Ensure that purposed designs are in compliance with the latest energy efficient design criteria.
Propose alternative design solutions to render the projects viable and within allocated budget.
Review material submittals.
Review the invoices related to mechanical works.
Review the progress of the mechanical works at site.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Registration/Licensure as an engineer may be required by SCE.
A minimum of 10 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
Expert with design software.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
A good knowledge of NFPA,IFC,ASHRAE,IPC,SBC
