Ökoplan is seeking to hire the following position:
– Lead Architect (code: ENG-02), with a minimum of 5-9 years of experience.
We are seeking an accomplished Lead Architect To join our team and lead a technical drawings and documents. As the Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, and leading a small team of architects to deliver high-quality Engineering packages with Full design solutions.
Job Description:
• Lead the Technical design after concept design and till Issued for construction package.
• Lead the preparation of Architecture – Working Drawings of various types of buildings .
• Coordinate with other disciplines and all stockholders ( Consultants -Specialists ) .
• Ensure compliance with all Egyptian regulations and codes.
• Oversee architectural projects till completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Bim engineer and Revit modeler and coordination is a must
• Updating Revit models through the different stage (LOD 300)
• Create Family Types.
• Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively and optimize project workflows.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and any presentation programs.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
