Our client is a leading entertainment company. They are now looking for a Assistant Facilities Manager to join them in Riyadh.
Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum of 05 years of experience in Facilities Management in Malls/Retail (both Hard & Soft)
Hands on experience in HVAC / Electrical Maintenance Management
Degree from a recognized technical University/College in Engineering discipline.
Experience using FM software.
Experience in FM Operations and directly managing service providers.
Experience handling and dealing with stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Arabic communication.
