Senior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Job Description:
As a Senior Mechanical QS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of mechanical quantity surveying for our projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical works are executed within budget and on schedule, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and manage cost estimates for mechanical projects.
– Conduct feasibility studies and prepare budget forecasts.
– Analyze and report on the financial performance of projects.
– Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
– Manage contract negotiations and procurement processes.
– Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
– Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts.
– Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QS staff.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical quantity surveying.
– Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
