Senior Sales Engineer
Avalanche company is a leading company in HVAC systems especially VRF/ VRV system and firefighting. we provide the all solutions including Study, design, Technical support, system selection, supply and installation, maintenance, and after sales service of whole systems.
Job Description: –
– Develop a sales plan with the CEO and ensure the implementation of the sales goals is going.
– Build and lead a team of technical sales engineers
– Managing, supervising and following up the sales team
-Recruit and train talent development leadership talent for a team of high-performing engineers to
support the growth of the company.
– Scientifically explain problems and simple solutions loops with potential clients.
– The role of paying dues on contracts, sales, sales, timely (collections).
– Trademarks of existing company services as well as identifying and acquiring new ones
– Searching for new markets and clients for business expansion.
– Maintain a relationship with current ones.
– Determining the time between planning and operations Determining the time between setting prices
and appointments.
– Implementation of projects including production.
– Prepare sales reports during the season and summarize business information and market analysis
– reports on competitors' activities and follow the market.
Job Requirements: –
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
HVAC, Fire Fighting, Refrigeration background is a must.
Proven market knowledge with experience of 5 -7 years
Good sales processes, procedures, and concepts knowledge.
Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Must have a car.
