Technical Architectural Engineer

Job Description:
Tendering and cost estimation for items through projects.
(QS) Surveying all construction components quantities.
Make inspections for job details and meet clients to clarify all requirements.
Revise invoices for all sub-contractors & clients.
Resolving technical issues.
Takeoff quantities for variations and invoices.
Compare between the costing sheet & actual Qs of the projects based on the variations & omissions occurring during the project.
Determine and highlight the overruns.
Conduct the monthly projects cost meetings and the corrective action to be taken.
Prepare procurement packages for all elements of the projects. (specs & quantities)
Provides technical guidance to Design Engineers, CAD Designer/Drafters working on the same project.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor in Civil/architecture engineering.
2-4 years of experience.
-AutoCAD proficiency.
-In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes.
-high knowledge about materials and finishing methods for building items
-High teamwork skills.
-Revision of construction documents & other trades coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Excellent command of Arabic & English language skills.
