Experience :4-8 years
Line of reporting: To the QHSE Director
Principal Duties:
1 Using Power Bi, create, update, and monitor monthly reports and quarterly KPIs with the Site Quality and HSE representative addressing QHSE.
2. Create and coordinate an internal engineering training program.
3. New hire orientation for QHSE staff
4. Administrative tasks, such as following up with other departments
5.Keep meeting minutes on file.
6.Gather projects Closeout information 7.Determine and classify NCR root cause analyses for projects as a whole.
8 .Get technical personnel and MS ready for new QHSE tender packages.
9. Create daily reports on manpower for every project.
10.support the tendering and projects through preparing MST/ITPs
11.Prepare and follow up schedule for attendance and organizing activities for QC and HSE teams
