Technical office engineers and site installation engineers
Job Description:
• Interior design for offices, construction drawings, design development, coordination among other disciplines.
• Preparing shop drawings AutoCAD draftsmen according to the agreed schedule of the project manager.
• Reviewing and analyzing the project documents and identifying drawing and specification conflict, insufficient information and missing dimensions while contributing ideas to enhance project productivity and cost efficiency.
• Preparing reinforcing quantity takeoffs and estimates as required.
• Deal with special projects and completes other managerial duties as assigned.
• Directs activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
• Develop the job safety analysis. Follow up on the permanent work design and coordinate this with the site.
• Carry out design review & Coordination for all construction documents (Drawings, BOQ’s and Specs) for buildings types and master plan items submitted from External Consultants.
• Preparing periodical Progress Reports.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Excellent CAD, 3Dmax, Vray, sketchup, Revit.
• Excellent Photoshop.
• Excellent Microsoft Office.
• Good English Language
• Male or Female
• Communication skills
• Design skills in AutoCAD skills, and shop drawings preparation, preparation of BOQ, Materials Take off.
• 3-5 years of experience in shop drawing – designing – quantity surveys.
