El Mansour Development Group for Real Estate & Construction is seeking to hire the following positions:
1- Site Engineer:
Ø Responsibilities:
· Carry out technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.
· Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculation
· Ensure that all the materials used are in accordance with the specifications.
· Carry out day to day management of the site.
· Prepare daily reports.
Ø Requirements:
· BSc of Civil / Architecture Engineering.
· 3-5 years of experience.
· Experience in concrete and finishing works is a Must
2- Senior Site Engineer
Ø Responsibilities:
· Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
· -Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.
· -Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against established schedules.
· -Follow up contracts and achieved the target
· -Preparing progress reports and issuing progress schedules to project manager.
· -Follow up the plan of purchases
Ø Requirements:
· BSc of Civil / Architecture Engineering.
· 8-10 years of experience
· Experience in concrete and finishing works is a Must
4- Technical office Engineer (Architectural / Civil)
Ø Responsibilities:
• Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
• Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
• Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
• Coordinate with the Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required.
• Quantity surveying of projects.
• Making as-built drawings, shop drawings.
Ø Requirements:
· BSc of Civil / Architecture Engineering.
· 3-5 years of experience
