Assistant Manager, Mechanical – Static.

1- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
2- Years of Experience: From 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of Piping and Static Equipment Design
⁃ Develop, design, specify and evaluate pressure vessels, heat exchangers, Fired heaters, Tanks, Piping and valve systems and other process equipment. Provide technical support to ensure performance requirement, fabrication, installation, testing and pre-commissioning requirements as well as pipe stress analysis are done as per code and design specification. ⁃ Participate in the investigation of failure reports related to mechanical static. Carry out the Root Cause Failures Analysis (RCFA) and Failures Reports for static equipment related,. ⁃ Analyze and evaluate the plant problems and apply sound engineering problem-solving techniques ⁃ Carry out technical studies that enhance the plant integrity, reliability, availability and productivity. Develop the design specifications and technical bid evaluations of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, Fired heaters Tanks, Piping systems and valve and ensure adequate standards of safety are incorporated in all mechanical engineering work.
⁃ Assist in monitor and Maintain the Mechanical Performance standards of th Safety Barriers ⁃ Participate in HAZOP studies, Risk Assessment (RA) and Job Safety analysis (JSA), Process Safety Review (PSR).
3- Main Accountabilities: Prepare and participate in design activities during various stages of project / Modifications and ensure project & execution activities related to mechanical static equipment and piping Assist in reliability improvement and initiatives that will improve the plant and equipment reliability and lower maintenance expenses
