( Department: hashtag#Estimation & hashtag#Bidding / hashtag#Pre_Sales (HVAC)
💼 hashtag#Qualifications & hashtag#Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Minimum of hashtag#5_years relevant experience in hashtag#HVAC systems estimation and bidding for new projects.
-Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret issued-for-bidding drawings and project specifications.
-Capable of preparing quantities takeoff, Bill of Quantities (hashtag#BOQs), and pricing proposals/quotations.
-Good knowledge and experience in budgeting and cost estimation for HVAC systems.
-Good knowledge of HVAC equipment, materials, and market prices.
-Proficiency in hashtag#AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel) is essential.
-Good command of English language (written and spoken).
📝 Preferred / Added Advantage:
-Previous experience in projects related to Saudi Electricity Company (hashtag#SEC), including knowledge of their standards, specifications, and procedures.
-Experience in firefighting and fire alarm systems estimation.
-Familiarity with electrical rooms HVAC design (hashtag#Substations, hashtag#Control_Rooms, hashtag#GIS_buildings) is a plus.
-Experience with HVAC estimation software tools is considered an added value.
-Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.
