Looking for a talented FF&E Designer.
Job description
• Plan & manage production activities based on client job order.
• Oversee & work on technical drawings used for production.
• Create 2D drawings & 3D visuals of furniture & interiors.
• Ensure timely product production, shipping & delivery to clients.
• Arrange site visits & take measurements.
• Preparing and following up on the production of Material Boards and F,F&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) selections to be reviewed by the Art Director prior to issue.
• Maintain and update F,F&E selections and material specifications throughout the completion of the project.
• Full F,F&E and materials selection and purchasing for all areas as identified to support architecture and interior design projects.
• Determine the F,F&E design concept based on the interior design scheme.
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as decorative lighting and furniture.
• Identify the F,F&E needs of the project, including project’s functional, aesthetic requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Establish quality control processes to ensure that the specified F‚F&E items meet the project’s quality standards, and perform inspections during the manufacturing and delivery process.
• Create detailed specifications for each F, F&E item, including the product description, dimensions, materials, finishes, and any other relevant details.
• Coordinate with the vendors to ensure the items are delivered at the appropriate time and in good condition.
• Supervise the process of placement and assembly of
F,F&E items in the project space.
• Participate in client meetings during F,F&E Phase.
Jop Requirments :
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in FF&E or interior design.
• Passion for furniture, materials, and styling.
• Strong organizational and research skills.
Work Conditions:
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Location: New Cairo
• Days Off: Friday and Saturday
• Working From Home: Sundays
