#Production_Engineer
Responsible for :
– receiving a copy of the work order, including the drawings, for study and supervision of the implementation of the work orders according to the daily plan, after reviewing the availability of all the raw materials and supplies required to produce the work order.
– Monitor work progress to complete all activities on time, ensuring production meets customer specifications and needs.
– Supervise and improve the manufacturing processes.
Ensure production meet the schedule and quality standards.
Diagnose problems in the production and provide solutions.
– Assist in new products in development
Verify of technical and purchasing specifications for production
Present and negotiate the technical solution with the customers
Develop and maintain technical library to help provide technical recommendations to customers.
– Support the tender process for equipment to ensure the best quality for best price
Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout
Support sales and aftersales engineers.
– Train production employees
Supervise purchase orders
Supervise and review the receipt of work from the relevant department and review all received work in terms of dimensions and quality according to the drawings attached to the work order to ensure there are no deficiencies or discrepancies that would impede the manufacturing process.
Supervise the receipt of materials, tools, and equipment for work from warehouses and ensure they are matched to the department's product.
Responsible for reviewing the issuance of work orders for work in sufficient time to ensure they are received before the work is delivered to the accessories, packaging, or installation department.
– Responsible for supervising and reviewing the delivery of work to the installation department.
– Follow up on the maintenance of machines and equipment within the department, and receive product parts between production stages
—*Job Requirements*
– Bch. in Production, Mechanical or relevant Engineering Degree .
– 2- 5 Years of experience in the same field as and experience in Production Work experience is a must.
– High communication skills
– Engineering Degree
Good Knowledge of English
Computer proficiency
– Problem solving skills
– Analytical thinking
Logical reasoning
– Lean six sigma degree is a plus
– Strong leadership abilities
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
