*Sales Engineer Manager*
*Job Description*
– drive to lead a sales team and expand market share in a dynamic and growing industry
leading manufacturer of cold storage and clean room solutions,
drive revenue and lead our sales operations in Egypt and the MENA region.
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
– Identify new opportunities in cold storage and clean room sectors, leveraging your engineering knowledge to engage clients effectively.
– Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
Utilize your MEP engineering background to provide clients with in-depth product understanding and tailored technical solutions
– Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
– Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
– Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
– Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
– Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
*Job Requirements*
At least 10 years in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in manufacturing, construction, or B2B sales is preferred.
*Education: *
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP). An MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage.
*Skills: *
Proven track record in driving sales, strong technical acumen, and excellent leadership capabilities.
Location:
Preference for candidates based in Cairo or Giza to ensure close proximity to our headquarters and clients.
