Commercial Technical office Engineer – Electrical/Mechanical
The job responsibilities:
To receive and study tender documents to understand its opportunities requirements (RFQ & request calls)
To check completeness of the tender(s) documents.
To review technical specifications to comply with industry standards
To prepare technical, price analysis & Financial proposals
To coordinate and communicate with sales, procurements, operation and other concerned departments to assure completeness of the offers.
To revise contracts for long term projects
To revise technical reports for repaired tools
To prepare regular reports and company files on offers , active projects, …etc
Request and follow up on timely submission of local & foreign suppliers offers
To handle Client communications and follow-ups
To negotiate price with customers in a remarkable confident manner.
To attend Client meetings.
To search for new suppliers to complete the supply chain
To solve Site problems (in case of rental)
To be updated with market price, specially the competitors’.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from a reputable University.
3 years Solid Experience in same field.
Very good command spoken and written English
Attention to details
· Giza and Haram Residents is a PLUS
· Ability to work after working hours and holidays if needed ( with overtime charge ) is a MUST
· Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
