Responsibilities and Duties :-
1- Oversee all engineering operations and ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
2- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers.
3- Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering goals with company strategy.
4- Develop and implement engineering best practices, standards, and workflows.
5- Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and technical proposals.
Job Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
2- 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
4- Hands-on experience with engineering software and project management tools.
5- Proven track record in delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
