Location: NEOM, Saudi Arabia!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the CAFM system (Computer-Aided Facility Management).
Coordinate with FM teams to ensure accurate data input and usage.
Generate reports and insights to support operational decisions.
Ensure system compliance and data integrity across all assets.
Collaborate on system enhancements and process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 to7 years experience in CAFM systems within FM industry.
Proficiency in software like IBM Maximo, Archibus, Planon, or similar.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
