As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Power Plant Operator to join our Operations Team.
🎯 About the Role:
Reporting to the Shift Team Leader, the Power Plant Operator plays a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient production of power and steam. This position is critical in supporting Tihama’s mission to provide uninterrupted utility services to our strategic partner, Saudi Aramco.
👤 Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a professional with:
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in power plant operations.
Strong knowledge of DCMS, MARK VI, ECMS control systems.
Proven ability to respond to process upsets and manage routine inspections.
High awareness of HSE compliance, safety procedures, and plant instructions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
