Modern Interiors is seeking a dedicated Procurement Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless sourcing sub-contractors and delivery of materials for our fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers for construction fit-out materials.
Negotiate contracts to secure optimal pricing and terms.
Coordinate with projects' teams to align procurement with project timelines.
Monitor inventory levels and manage purchase orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or(Arch – Civil – Elect. -Mech.)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement within the construction industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in related software and Microsoft Office Suite.
