We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Steel Structure Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will promote and sell steel structure solutions to clients, provide technical support, prepare proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
🔹Role: Sales Engineer (Steel industry)
🔹Location: Cairo Festival City
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
📌Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
📌Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales of steel structures or similar industrial/construction products.
📌Strong technical understanding of steel structures, fabrication, and erection processes.
📌Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
📌Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients/projects.
📌Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Tekla Structures is a plus.
📌Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Job Description
🔸Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel structures industry.
🔸Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (contractors, consultants, developers).
🔸Understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions related to steel structures.
🔸Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, including drawings and quotations.
🔸Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
🔸Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to support the sales process.
🔸Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company policies and targets.
🔸Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
🔸Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
