Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer (QS) with a strong background in general contracting. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in the Egyptian construction market, particularly in quantity surveying, technical office work, and project cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and review BOQs and cost estimates.
-Analyze project drawings and specifications to provide accurate quantity take-offs.
-Coordinate with site and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
-Prepare variation orders and manage claims.
-Track project costs and update budgets accordingly.
-Assist in tendering processes and subcontractor evaluations.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering
-5–7 years of proven experience in a similar role within a general contracting company.
-Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and QS procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and other technical software.
